Our Parish Council

Being the first tier of local government, Trowse Parish Council are a pro-active group of volunteers who oversee various services in the village with the help of their Clerk and Groundsman. These include the cemetery, two allotment sites and numerous open spaces.

The Parish Council comprises 9 Councillors.  The Council meets monthly (except August), at the Manor Rooms on The Street. We welcome public attendance, and participation. Details of our meetings, agendas and minutes are on the meeting page.

We are blessed with a dedicated group of non-councillor volunteers who oversee the running of our village hall (The Manor Rooms), deliver newsletters, operate the village Speedwatch, and help with any activities and events in the village. There is also an active biodiversity group, the Trowse Green Team, who oversee all things natural in the village.
